Good morning everyone!

I usually eat 3 meals a day of 80% lean and 20% fat ground beef. If I want a snack I eat some pork skins. I will be doing the same today.

Tomorrow I will eat tuna with mayo for the day.

I drink black coffee during the day and my first cup has a tablespoon of coconut oil in it.

I am down one pound after day one!
