Italian Sausage Salad

I dropped the sausage right from the pan onto the salad to have some how/cold contrast.

**You don't need a lot of meat here. The fats in the pork, cheese and dressing are plenty to cover calories.

Total Net Carbs: 4-5 grams

2-3 oz Italian Sausage (1 carbs)
Butter/Bibb lettuce (1 carbs)
Pinch of Cheddar Cheese (1 carbs)
1-2 Tbsp Ranch (1-2 carbs)

Over a medium heat non-stick pan, drop little bits of sausage in and let them brown, flipping around until crispy and caramel-like. Once the sausage is cooked, drop it on a bed of butter lettuce (something mild) and top with some cheddar and ranch dressing. I probably could have added pepper flakes, but I really need to stop adding pepper flakes to every dish I make!
