Start Date: The Day Low Carb Became a WOE and NOT A DIET!!!!!
B. 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of Italian Bread

L. Fat free bologna on a piece of Italian bread, salad, and a small bag of Lay's chips

D. Longhorn Steakhouse...6 oz steak, baked potato, veggies and coffee

A snack later if I can get it in before 8 PM. If not I'll be drinking hot water/ice water with lemon and some herbal tea until bedtime.

2 days down with no night time eating and today my hunger is low. I've been listening all day to see if I REALLY wanted to eat and so far I'm hearing my hungry loud and clear! If only this will keep up I'll be golden!!
