Coffee with co and a tsp of hwc
b. 2 eggs with Tblespoon of mayo
s. pepperoni slices
l. 1/2 c greens, 1/2 cucumber with parm, steak cooked in HWC
s. pepperoni
d. grilled chicken with bacon and tomato, lettuce, pickles and mayo (fast food- bunless)
I get a fresh start everyday. You do too.
