The way you are feeling could be due to thyroid issues.

Coconut oil is food but it's nutritional properties make is a super food. I have that daily and magnesium as the soil our food comes from is mostly depleted. Fermented foods add another level of 'health support'. Vitamin b12 is another important one and one that many people are low in.
