Well of course the biggest change is the weight loss. I lost weight so much more easily than with any other program I ever tried and it's staying off.

Heartburn - I used to have terrible heartburn daily, to the point where I was taking a daily medication for it. Within a week of getting rid of the wheat, the heartburn was gone!

Tummy troubles - at the risk of TMI I used to have horrible tummy issues. Every morning I would spend 2 hours in and out of the bathroom. That has cleared up and now I have normal movements.

Skin - I have always had trouble with rosacea and that is so much better now.

I'm sure there's other little things, but those are the most noticeable.
