Dilled, creamy mushrooms:

Slice about 5-7 larger mushrooms and saute in a pan on medium with water, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of worcestershire sauce, plus 2 cloves of pressed garlic, until the mushrooms are cooked (maybe 8-10 minutes), stirring a few times.

Spoon onto a plate with a little of the juice, top with dill and sour cream, and mix up. Add salt if needed.

This is DELICIOUS!
