I agree. I remove any food from my diet that I feel like I have to have and that I get cravings for. I was very into cheese at the beginning of Atkins, so I stopped eating it after a while because I didn't like how I felt compelled to eat it. And, now, I can have a small amount of cheese with no problem, with no desire to keep eating it just because it is there.
