Sarah!! It has to be a way of life so if you need to have a 'sweet' a this point in your journey, then by all means, do so. Dr. Atkins recommends sugar free jello or a bit of whipped cream sweetened with artificial sweetener. There are a ton of recipes for sweets - just be sure to portion correctly - keeping your macros in line.
