Good Morning & Happy March!!!!

Wecome to all the new posters & it's great to see some of the old members as well!

I'm super pumped for this month...I just know that I'm gonna kill it. February seemd to be slow, but I'm confident that March will be better. I'm gonna dial in my menu a little better this month and still focus on my workouts.

Menu today:
B - boiled chicken, yogurt
L - egg drop soup
D - italian beef/cheese over broccoli

coffee & water to drink, maybe 1 green tea
