Welcome Mthergoos and Scarlette!!!

Well February was a great month for sure. I am going to step it back for this month and go with 228, that is only 14 pounds, but I know that next weekend will be a big off plan weekend. I loss over 26 pounds in Feb., I do not expect that trend to continue. I plan to stay on plan till next Friday afternoon then all bets are off. It is my annual family crawfish, bba crab, boiled crab, steamed clams, boudin balls, fried shrimp, fried oysters, fried okra, fried crab fingers, Seafood gumbo, steamed king crab, dungeness crab and fried french fries and tatter tots, etc.!!!!! Yes I have no plans of not eating fried foods seeing as I am the head cook for this massive menu. It is all cooked homemade and is so delicous. OH yea about 20 beers also!!! LOL But plan to hop right back on Sunday after the lunch. So that is my plan looking forward to a great month of losses!!!
