I just started stillman's actually, I spent last week mainly reading and researching. I did stick to the diet last week as well. I had more of an Atkins day yesterday. I'm planning about one cheat day a week basically where I just add in vegetables. If I want the occasional treat I'll most likely have it. Ideally I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs total. As far as excercize goes I probably won't do anything outside of walking.
