I just made these and I have eaten two already, these may be a red light food for me but boy are they ever great!

Blueberry cake donuts

Recipe type: Baking
Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 12 mins Total time: 17 mins
Serves: 6

3 sp.. 2pp or 2 for 3pp

cup flour
3 Tbsp white cake mix
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar( I used 3 TBS granulated Splenda )
2 Tbsp just egg whites( I used one egg white from a whole egg)
1 tsp vanilla
tsp lemon zest
⅓ cup almond milk (I use unsweetened original)
⅓ cup fresh blueberries (try to use smaller ones if you can)

Preheat oven to 350F, spray a donut pan and set aside.
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add in your egg whites, vanilla and milk. Very gently fold in your blueberries.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. Makes 6 donuts, 3sp or 2pp each or 2 for 3pp.
