I can't drink raw egg because I have an impaired immune system and can't risk the chance of salmonella or whatever. So I use Egg-Beaters or another pasteurized egg product. I've also made a pumpkin shake without any egg, but with about 1/3 of a cup of vanilla whey protein powder. The whey protein adds much more thickness than the egg does.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
