I went ahead and ordered the Sport. Mostly for DH, he rarely shows ketones on the urine strips so it will be interesting to see what happens with the breath meter.

I'm counting both. I'm using a carb tracker app and I was able to set goals in there for total and net carbs. I chose 35/20 for now, I'll see how that goes.
