The gym I went to for a while had a refrigerator by the door stocked with several of their flavors. Grape, ice cold, was my favorite! Refreshing and after lifting I needed the protein.

Each one has about a gram of carbs, but add tons of flavor. I chop one, saute it briefly in whatever fat my eggs will be cooked in and toss in the eggs. Delicious!!
