When did you have the iron infusion? I know they've recently developed a safer iron that doesn't require an antihistamine to be administered with it. I hope i won't be given steroids....

Personally, when I make all the fancy LC recipes, I lose MUCH slower. The only times I can lose weight is when the majority of the food I eat is whole and unprocessed. Period. So, I hear ya! ;)
