Eat salt! as camel says, ketosis means you need to eat more salt. Grab some healthy clear chicken broth and add a tsp of salt (best to make your own broth from chicken carcass because of additives).

Erm...it's the only way I can actually lose weight for more than a couple of days so it's all I have to work with. But I love the fact that it reliably works and that I understand why and how.
