I usually have to cook them 6 to 8 minutes in my microwave to get them done. I just set it on 6 minutes and stir them every once in awhile until they are crispy.

I make mine using very thin sliced oven roasted turkey in place of the tortilla. Roll them up, put enchilada sauce, olives and cheese on top and bake them. You can't tell the difference.
