I don't, because weighing/measuring/counting triggers my old ED and then I'm off the rails. Right now I'm combining IF with NK and intuitive eating and hoping for the best. :)

Keep it simple. Before trying a fat fast, I'd switch to clean eating: meat, healthy fat, vegetables, eggs, and homemade bone broth. Drink water. For most people, it works like a charm. :)
