I just made cinnamon rolls using Carolyn Ketchum's new cookbook, Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen. She uses a sweetened version of the fathead dough. They are insanely rich and satisfying.

Quick note about Smart Cakes. Yes, they are light as air but somehow they are very filling to me. Maybe the fiber? If I eat a couple for my late afternoon snack they really tide me over until dinner.
