So my old meal timing was breakfast + dinner separated by 12 hours. I did this to avoid the logistics of getting a decent lunch but it seems like the smart money is on riding the overnight ketosis...

Coconut sugar is 90% sucrose, 5% free glucose, 5% free fructose. It's basically table sugar extracted from a different source so IMO not worth the price--mostly for those trying to avoid GMO sugar...

I just finished this book and was very impressed. Lots of solid data yet very readable--I especially appreciate how he doesn't leap too quickly from molecular minutia to food recommendations the way...
