Paleo Lunches and Breakfasts on the Go by Diana Rodgers

I was just raving about this book on Twitter and thought maybe I'd mention it here, too. I've done 5 recipes from this book and loved them all. Lots of lettuce leaf wraps and salads, a few soups, etc. A few baked goods utilizing coconut/almond flour. A few sausage recipes. I modified a salad recipe today for Atkins Induction phase and bet I can modify most if not all. I also add cheese to the wraps when I feel like it since I'm not strictly Paleo. (I'm big on modifying recipes - I don't think I've once in my life followed a recipe to the letter. But I'm picky and I really like this cookbook.)
