I've watched it before, there are several my Dr. Westman -- they are wonderful! I especially like this one because you hear it exactly as he explains to his own patients. Plus, he's from Duke University -- very high profile!

I second this one -- give it a view!

Adipose works better than low carb, to be honest. Shame about the side effects.
