Hungry for Change - Netflix
I just watched this and found it very insightful regarding American food habits and the big business and psychology behind them. After watching it made me want to eat a lot more 'clean'. Before I didn't quite understand and thought that as long as I eat low carb (processed junk and all) I was making good healthy decisions. Which, looking back - they were much better choices than what I was making before going low carb. But, the movie made me think about the junk that I am still eating/drinking and the long term impact it has on my general health. It made me want to try a little harder to take the next step to detox from all those bad habits I still have (diet soda, Atkins bars- etc.)
There were some topics in the movie that don't quite work for my lifestyle (re: juicing) but I can still see the value for people who are not following a low carb lifestyle.
Anywho, I recommend watching. At a minimum it is good info.
