Willpower

Gillian Riley's books are excellent. 'Willpower' and another on how to stop overeating, both very very good. Lots of info on reprogramming the brain when cravings occur. I've never followed her specific advice on eating routines etc but I found both books very useful from the trigger/response aspects. I highly recommend them

I'd like to affirms this. I read her Beating Overeating, and it was the most helpful book! And I've read a lot of things. She has the ability to keep it simple and focused--and really helpful.
