Trying to wrap my head around this "fat fast" information. Never really knew what one was. I like the information and recipes and I'm going to increase my fat intake while watching the calories in order to see if it does anything for me.

I didn't find any "new" recipes, it was all stuff you can find here and on other low-carb sites. Poppers, cheesecake, fat bombs, etc.
