Trying to wrap my head around this "fat fast" information. Never really knew what one was. I like the information and recipes and I'm going to increase my fat intake while watching the calories in order to see if it does anything for me.

I saw this and was wondering what you all thought of it? I love Dana's other books/cookbooks. Was interested in getting this one as well.

I didn't find any "new" recipes, it was all stuff you can find here and on other low-carb sites. Poppers, cheesecake, fat bombs, etc.

ITA Dottie. If you look around in the recipe area right here on LCF, you won't need to buy a cook book :)
