I apologize if this has already been shared, but I have been watching this series of videos on YouTube: The Skinny On Obesity

I highly recommend it, it has renewed my commitment to this WOE, and I have only watched episodes 1-3 so far!

I found it interesting right up until he got into the "war on fat and sugar and fat lost" in the late 60's/early 70's and lumped Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution in with the low-fat diets visually (included the book with the other low-fat diets).
Maybe picky, but when someone does something that "wrong" it puts the whole thing off center for me.

I cannot wait to view these!!
