Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR)-Robert Atkins

Love this book! IMO better and more informative than New Atkins for a New You!

My nifty wife had Santa bring a Kindle Fire HE for Christmas. The first book I downloaded was Georg Hegel' s Philosophy of history. For whatever reason that embarrasses me. But I still watch WWE every week. Have to have balance.
