Laura Richard's Secret to Low Carb Success!

I hadn't noticed this forum before, so posted this in the main lobby...hope that's okay...

Laura Richardís The Secret to Low Carb Success! How to get the Most Out of Your Low Carbohydrate Diet is the best thing to come down in the pike in a long, long time. I know, itís been in the stores for a long time, but I just discovered it as someone recommended it, wish I could remember who so I could thank them. I have quite a collection of diet books (like most of us) and I took several classes in nutrition and dieting so I think Iím pretty aware of this LC lifestyle. Iíve had many an argument with the professionals and doubters alike but overall have fought the WOE battle successfully. Nothing has been as helpful as this book. She compares the most common of the diets and explains the pitfalls and advantages each and provides tips on how to succeed including using the internet and the sites like this. No matter which expertís book you are following, I highly recommend this as a companion and I know you wonít be disappointed.

Nothing to add, but I mixed up my Mary Tyler Moore characters and thought this was a book by her.
