This is a new book and it is very interesting how ketones can help with
any brain disease..Parkinsons, AD, etc..

Of course, he is a big coconut oil advocate, too.

I use coconut oil with my 90 yr old father, and I see a big difference in how well he stays oriented with the oil.

He has one called The Coconut Miracle or something like that. I picked it up at a used bookstore.

My brain fog has gotten better eating LC and taking CO. It's not gone, but definitely better.
