DD sent me this link. She is Vegan and always trying to "turn" Mom onto her WOE. The video on dairy made me think and I thought it would be good "food" for thought for anyone who may be interested. There are lots of other videos on the site, too that may be interesting.

It was a good video. It didn't make me want to give up my HWC, but it made me glad that in going low carb I've gone from 1.5 gallons/week of milk to 0/gallons/week.
