Book about research associations?
Does anyone remember a book recommended here that described the ineffectiveness and possibly misuse of donations to organizations such as American cancer society, American Lung assoc, etc...? It basically said that very little of the money actually went to research but the people in the organization were enjoying high salaries, vacations and other perks.
