I have no addictions - but I'm possibly 'sugar sensitive'.

I just started this book so ..... No opinion yet.

I'm about a third of the way through. It's a sensible approach to sugar sensitivity.

I'm not convinced there is such a thing as 'sugar addiction' but I may incorporate
some of her ideas into my own plan. I'm already pretty much a 'brown' food eater.

I haven't read the book, but in case you are interested, I had started a thread awhile back where I asked some questions about this book/diet.
