I was sad to see no one replied to you. There is a great website called Good reads that has many book club topics and links to discussions. Just pick a book and then go off and running, your first meeting can be to discuss the diffrent books and place a vote and just get together to discuss expectations then set up your next one in a week or two. I do hope you are able to start a club. Reading books is one of life's great pleasures.

I know, this is the deadest section of this forum. I love, love, to read. I read everyday of my life! I have since I was 5.

To the OP, I'm not in a book club, but I would love to have that experience. I hope it works out for you and your GF's

Several years ago we had a very active book club on this thread. We managed to read 2 novels, before we fell apart. Since then, I've tried to start one up again with no responses.

So, if anybody's interested in starting one up here- I am in!

I don't belong to a book club but I wonder if its Book Clubs that have E-readers you bring your E-reader and you read like 2 chapters 2 days a week until you're done with the book
