New Must-Read Book
The End of Overeating by Dr. David Kessler
I think this is an extremely important book. Has anyone else read it? |

I haven't read it, but one of my favorite bloggers, Skwigg, reviewed the book. It definitely sounds like something I would like to read, but I need to get through the Taubes book first. I am a diet book junkie, I admit.
I find the idea that the salt/fat, sugar/fat combos send our brains into a tailspin compelling. Sugar/fat, I'll agree with 100%, but salt/fat, I'm not so sure. Otherwise, all of us low-carbers would be doomed. (I'm not sure that the salt/fat combo, etc. was mentioned in the book, but Skwigg talked about it a lot in her review). |
