What's really in your fast food?

Yuck!

What I worry about is fillers-- I read somewhere that a lot of fast food beef has soy added to it to keep costs down. Before LC, I would add breadcrumbs to buffalo to help it stick together. What if they're adding bread to the burger? We may get a burger without a bun, but we're still eating carbs! Despite our best intentions!

But serious, I haven't eaten McDonalds or any other fast food (ah... nothing with a drive thru) in 4 years. I read "the omnivores dilemma," and that just made me feel even better about my decision
