This book, written in 2004, is a great resource for the Low Carber. It has a comprehensive overview of 14 low carb diets, tips, and ideas for making your own program work.

Im reading this Book right now and it really has alot of helpful info and reading the peoples stories is gr8 and inspirational.

I agree. I found his overview of all the plans to be right-on. He has a website, too, that you might find interesting.
