Should I buy 'Carb Wars'?

I have heard good things about this book and I'm looking more recipes but before I buy it I thought I would see what you all thought.

Are the recipes complex?
Are the ingredients hard to find?
Are all measurements in cups/sticks or does she use the metric system? (Why oh why can't we all just use the metric system in the 21st century?

)

I wasn't to fond of any of the recipes I will check if it is metric & let you know.
