found dana carpender to have one of the best low carb cook books out there(currently looking at my stack of 14 books) 15-min low carb recipes!!!!!!!! not really weird ingridients. every one should at least look at this one!

Of all the lc related books I have read, GOOD CALORIES, BAD CALORIES by Gary Taubes has helped me more than anything.
