Hollywood's Healthiest Diet Book

Hey Guys, I just purchased this book called Hollywoods Healthiest Diets, It consists of mainly Low carb diets. 10 of them You take a quiz to see which diet plan is right for you and you do that one if you want, people have lost 40 lbs in 7 weeks, with one of these diets.
Here are the 10 Diet Plans

1.The Unlimited Protein and Veggie Plan
2-The Super EFA Plan
3-The Protein Plus One Plan
4-The Hi/Lo Plan
5-The 50/30/20 Plan
6-The 7 Day Quick Fix
7-The 30/50/20 Plan
8-The 3+2 Plan
9-The Insulin Buster Plan
10-The 40/40/20 Plan

I can't wait to recieve the book, I ordered it. Has anyone read this book or tried the diet. I can't wait!

I've never heard of it, but it sounds cool. It sounds like it takes into account all the vast differences (sensitivity to carbs, food additives/preservatives, blood type, body type, metabolic type, etc.) among people, their different levels of health needs and ability to lose and maintain weight.

Why isn't Atkins listed? Why does it seem so politically incorrect to say you do Atkins? At least, that is how it is for me. It is especially like this when I am not on my side of the country. Out West, it is more common. I go other places and they look at me like I have lost my mind.
It seems all of these diets are copies of Atkins anyways or similar versions of it.
Sorry if I vented a little bit.
