I;d like to know how and when our bodies learned how to tell time.
Stop eating at 7 The only problem some have with time is that they over eat the amt of cals for the day. Personally i eat right up till bedtime within in my nutritional range. |

![]() I thought it was pretty funny how they tried to convince everyone that when you start to feel hungry in the evening but don't eat, that is when you're buring fat... They said something like that... ![]() |

I'm with you Fawn! There are better places to give my money to than ones that promote huge companies. I liked Supersize me, but I haven't checked out his book. I'll have to. |

thanks for the reviews on this. I came across his website and was curious to know about the plan. I knew someone here would have at least read the book and had some opinions on it. I'm glad I read this review before spending the money on the book.
I think I shall pass. |

I do have his first book.
I got rid of about ten diet books. So I'm not about to buy another. A waste of time. ![]() |

His Best Life Diet has you using shakes or slim fast instead of food. I was disappointed ing the book in general. But if anyone wants to read it I will sell it cheap. haha

If he was my trainer I'ld be asking for a refund. For 10 years? I don't think he's working do you guys? Though it's ultimately up to Oprah but still.
I've eaten right before bed sometimes it doesn't really make a difference to me. Nothing huge though like a snack. but this part is good: Make the emotional connection between how you feel and what you eat. Answer these three key questions: 1) Why are you overweight? Don’t give just superficial answers. Give the emotional answer. Its almost always deeper than what you first think. 2) Why do you want to lose the weight? 3) Is this the first time you attempted to lose the weight? If not, why weren’t you successful in the past? Though I do think a small percentage are overweight due to physical problems though in some cases those other problems stemed from an emotional one earlier on. Hard to say. |
