I found it at Target yesterday in hardback, so I am assuming it is new. It is called the South Beach Heart Program...the 4 step plan that can save your life. I plan to read it today.

I have all the doctor's books on order from amazon, and I should receive them today!

After being on many different low carb plans these last few years (with varying degrees of success), too many doctors have led me back to this plan. It took a while for me to get over my love of saturated fats, but I really do believe this way of eating is the healthiest around.

We just received the book in the library today and I snagged it to preview tonight. I flipped through it at lunch and it looks wonderful.

It is a great book so far - my husband bought it for me when we were at Costco yesterday.
