Bread with Bean Flour

I ordered some white bean flour off the internet this week and developed a recipe for Southwest Quick Bread. I used it in combination with almond flour and added some jalapenos and onions. Full of flavor. I enjoyed a sandwich using it with chipotle mustard, ham, and fresh slices of tomato. Yummy! Here is the link:
