What kind of coconut oil ?
I want to place a Netrition order but I can't figure out which type of coconut oil to order. I have never used it before. And, I'm going to order some xantham gum, TVP, Thicken Thin Not Starch, Wheat Protein Isolate 5000, Resistant Wheat Starch 75, PolyD fiber... I have never used any of those... I hope someone can tell me what to do with them and wht they are!!!
