Hi everyone. I got bad blood sugar news at Dr today so decided to go back on low carb. I did low carb 5/6 yrs ago with good results but I have lost a favorite recipe. Anyone have a recipe for a mousse like dessert that uses sugar free jello for the main flavor. I know it used cream but anything else would be a guess on my part. This dessert saved my sanity a lot of times and I would really like to obtain it again. Thanks for your help and I'm looking forward to reading & participating in this forum.
