I ended up making two personal-sized pizza crusts, smeared them with my lowcarb homemade sauce and froze them. Now they're ready to take out at a moments notice, load with toppings and pop into the oven!
Thanks so much for experiementing and sharing!!! |

![]() I didn't have any serrano chilies so I put red pepper flakes in the cream cheese mixture. I left off the shrimp and sliced (not diced) the avocado. I also put it on my pizza stone to warm it up a bit. I loved the cracked pepper on the top---but I think next time *and there definitely will be a next time* I'm going to drizzle it with truffle oil when it comes out of the oven. Best pizza ever! I had a piece the next morning for breakfast...fried an egg and slapped it on top of the piece...yum! THANKS CHARSKI!

Take a look at the tomato spinach goat cheese pizza I had for lunch today with this fabulous crust. Thanks again, NancyElle! You rock for thinking up this wonderful recipe.
Tweaked the crust to incorporate coconut flour. Works just as well as the protein powder! It's very stiff and sturdy when you hold it. I'm going to use the following from now on: 3 eggs 3 cups mozzarella cheese 3 tablespoons flax seed meal 3 tablespoons coconut flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ![]() Last edited by jacksmixedtape; 07-23-2008 at 11:03 AM.. |

what could you use instead of the coconut flour? this sounds great, not sure if my tummy can handle all the cheese though..

I also make the recipe, don't spread it quite as thin, and make cheese breadsticks! Everyone loves them! Even my nephews and niece! They are only 2, 3, and 4 years old and they kept begging for more cheese bread!

Nancy,
thank you so much for experimenting and finding this recipe. the incredients are inexpensive and it took me 25 minutes tops to make. my job ordered pizza last week, and i had two slices of regular pizza. after that it ruined my whole week. now i know that i can make my own. |

We made this too. It was awesome. It keeps well in the fridge too. I was able to have letovers for a few days and it tasted just as good as it did the first night. Plus it sure was handy having pizza already pre-made for when I had the urge to have pizza. We are porbablly going to make more this weekend for the upcoming week

So I made this monday night and it was to die for! OMG I couldn't believe how much it tasted like REAL PIZZA (without all the extra sauce of course)...and it was super easy because I used an italian herb blend...PERFECTO! Definitely will be making this all the time...and I must try the tacos too...
I am a very happy camper and microwaved like a dream! |

Mmmmm good! Even my husband who does not like pizza and daughter who refuses to eat anything with eggs (except brownies) loved it.
I also made some of the muffin top size using a single recipe size. GREAT idea! Rhonda |

Have one under the broiler right now. My mouth is water. This is my second time making it. This stuff is seriously rocking my world. Pizza is my favorite food and this one is faster and easier than other lc pizza's I've tried.
