Well, after many years of looking at this thread, I am finally making this pizza. It is in the oven now. I cannot wait!!! The only toppings I have are pepperoni and black olives. I wish I had the sausage as that addition looks terrific.

I've really missed pizza and tried this tonight, NOT a fan, so disappointed! Maybe I need to do low carb a few more months to appreciate this. Thanks anyway for posting it.

Please disregard the above post, I realized this morning I forgot to put the pizza sauce on the pizza! Sheesh, no wonder it tasted so cheesy. I'll have to try this again and make it right.

I am a newbie - just signed up after making this for dinner. It was SO easy and yummy! I was dreading dinner tonight, we usually make flat bread pizzas and I really want to eat low carb, yet need to eat food that TASTES good. Was searching the net for an alternative, didn't have cauliflower to try that crust, but had all I needed for this simple recipe.
I used 2 eggs, 2 cups of mozz cheese - baked it in a glass pie dish sprayed with "Pam". Cooked just like the original photos - heated up some veges, precooked sausage and had my dinner on the table in 20 minutes with little effort. Shared it with my husband who loved it as well. THANK YOU!!!!

That sounds like a great idea. Will have to try it next weekend. Thanks.
