There are many tweaks on the original - but the original is really good just as written!

I forgot the tomato sauce too! It was amazing without it though. When I started LC I stopped our "pizza fridays", well, pizza fridays are back! I love this

OMG

This was SO deeelish! It was a very very very yummy treat, but I've decided not to make it a weekly meal because I stopped myself after 1 slice but if I'm having a weak moment, I'd have eaten a lot more! Thank you for sharing!!

THANK YOU !

Just tried the personal pan size....but used a glass 9" pie pan...
Might try the addition of a little ground golden flax to add more bread feel...
The flavor tastes like a Red Lobster cheese biscuit (I used Colby/Monteray Jack shredded cheese)...
Used a scissor to cut it in strips...

Will use this to "make something yummy" with my grand-daughter when we visit Seattle next month....

THANK YOU !

THANK YOU! 4 YEARS LATER!

I finally found this and made it for the first time tonight. WOW! So good and so easy, quick and filling. I can usually eat several slices of pizza but 2 slices were quite enough.

Much appreciation for posting this wonderful recipe and your warning about Shea Butter too. Will never try that stuff.

Happy St. Pat's from Pat
